We are proud to announce we now have a working Mobile fully automated Low Temperature Pre-Heat, Profile Measuring, Welding, Heating, Milling, and Reprofiling Crossing Restoration Machine (CRM) which has the added benefit of Filtered On Torch Fume Extraction and Swarf Vacuuming to keep the workplace tidy when leaving site. All of which is operated from a tablet with full data capture. This machine will give consistently high quality restoration of the crossing nose and wing rail without the need for high pre-heat on Fabricated crossings. This is an ongoing project that requires some mind blowing programming to input all the different crossing angles and and inclines used on Pre-Fabricated and Cast Manganese crossings used on the UK network.
